Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

All transactions on our website are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure complete safety of your personal and financial information.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

  • Madhur Art reserves the right to change prices or offers without prior notice.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message containing the details of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, each piece is unique and created with great care.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged in transit

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Original invoice/receipt must be provided.

Kindly email us with clear photos/videos of the issue to help us evaluate the concern quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks

  • Hand-picked or exclusive art pieces mentioned as final sale

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped or customized.

  • Once shipped or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Damage Claims

In case of visible external damage at the time of delivery, we advise you to:

  • Take photos/videos immediately.

  • Inform us within 48 hours.

  • Retain original packaging.
